Booking Terms & Conditions

Every endeavour will be made to supply the vehicle requested. If due to circumstances beyond our control your choice is not available, we reserve the right to use a substitute vehicle without notice, although unless it was a last minute no option we would always endeavour to do so.

In the unlikely event of a vehicle breaking down or cancellation of this contract by Wedding Wheels Ltd, liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid.

Responsibility for lateness cannot be accepted by Wedding Wheels Ltd if members of the wedding party do not adhere to the agreed timings.

Any notice of cancellation of our services should be received by Wedding Wheels Ltd in writing prior to the date of the required booking & a £50 per car administration fee shall then be applied & become payable to Wedding Wheels Ltd in order to help alleviate incurred costs in reserving your booking.
